I am very protective of my computer. I don’t other people using it or touching it. I don’t even like it when my wife uses it. It’s because i am very particular about the setting on my computer. I don’t want anything downloaded or moved without me knowing. I like the way my computer functions and i want to keep it that way. The internet can be a dangerous place. There are a lot of viruses and hackers online who take advantage of people. If you accidentally download something from a bad site, you could lose a lot of data on your computer. Info on your computer could be compromised. I never want this to happen.
There are a lot of internet sins. I think that the main three would be downloading from questionable websites. Usually, the websites that have questionable content should be avoided. Also, don’t open emails from people you don’t know. Make sure that you monitor the spam folders.

I grew up playing a lot of sports. I was always very active as a child. I thought that being the best at something was something to be proud of. I also noticed that i received a lot more attention if i was good at sports. When you are a little kid, you watch all these tv shows and movies where the most popular and cool is captain of some sports team. I guess that was marked on my brain. I knew that i had to play sports. I know that i would become a cool kid if i was good at these games. And because i tried so hard, i fell in love with sports. I love call kinds of sports. But, if i have to choose my absolute favorite, i would have to pick basketball. I love the game. It’s fun and very competitive. You can also play even if you don’t have a lot of people around. If you want to get rid of some stress, you can go to the courts by yourself and shoot around a bit. If you get a bunch of your friends together, you can play some half court or full court basketball. I like playing outdoors, but i prefer playing indoors. There is something about the hardwood court that feel so good. I get a lot of energy when i’m playing indoors. I hope to make a lot of money and build a basketball court in my house. I found a website called Rhino courts dot com. The website has a lot of products related to basketball courts. Rhino Sports floors are ideal for competitive basketball. The floors can be used for volleyball, racquetball and other sports. It can be both professional or recreational. They are perfect for creating Gymnasium Flooring for your organization or development. Check out their website for more info about the products that they have.

The Beijing Olympics is not over. I think about all the glitz and glamor of the Olympic games. I think about all the money that was spent in hosting the games. China must have spent a lot of money building new roads and buildings. I can’t imagine the cost that went into it all. I am old now so i don’t really appreciate things like sports or TV. But, these Olympic games were pretty amazing. The USA swim relay was awesome. The USA female track relay was awesome too. My favorite was the redeem team. USA is the world’s leader in basketball. Other countries might be better then us at other sports, but basketball is still ours. That is why it was disappointing the last few years. I stayed up late to watch the gold medal game for basketball. I was hoping that the game would be exciting. And i wasn’t disappointed. The games were awesome, and i am proud of my USA basketball team. It would have been a sin if they lost.

I love how you can order up anything online. The internet makes it easy to research and shop for whatever it is that you want. I have a friend who is a home builder. He has contacts with a lot of the housing vendors so he gets really good deals on products for the home. I was thinking about redecorating my house. I think that lighting is one of the most important things. I don’t just want to put a lot of lamps. I want to capture and manipulate the natural light that comes in to my house. I want to change up the exterior shutters of my house. I found a website at larson shutter dot com that has a lot of products for this.

What is the deal with cell phones nowadays. The cell phone prices are a sin. The major cell phone carriers charge ridiculous fees. It’s a virtual monopoly. And because we need the latest high tech gear, we pay outrageous prices for certain phones. I am guilty of this. When the blackberry first came out, i was in line to get it. When the iphone came out, i was in line to get it. When the iphone 3g came out, i wanted in line again to get one.
I pay around a hundred dollars a month for my phones service. And i buy plastic protectors for my phone. I need the accessories and covers. The prices get pretty high for all of these things. When you add it all up, the price of a cell phone can become higher then upgrading your computer. How did it get like this? Sin Drone!

Sin Drone was thinking about the sins that people commit online. I think most people commit every type of sin online. People lie all the time on their social networking profile. People scam people online. People steal stuff. We commit adultery and worship other gods. I think the questions we should be asking is not “what types of internet sins do we commit?” We should be asking, “what types of internet sins don’t we commit?”
I would have to say that there is no one who is sinless online. He who cast the first internet stone i say. The internet is a place where people do things shady. It makes perfect sense considering that the internet grew popular because of porn. Porn.com is one of the most valuable domain names in the world. And, most of the webpages in the world wide wed are porn related.

Drinking is frowned upon in the Church. But, certain sects drink wine to remember god. I grew up as a fundamentalist christian. I wasn’t even allowed to watch movies. Not even disney ones. My pastor even made me sign on contract when i was in 4th grade. I signed a contract that said that i won’t watch movies. First of all, that contract is void because minors can’t enter into contract. Second of all, i love movies. I ended up studying film in college. Screw you pastor!
Back to the subject. Why is drinking occasionally a sin. If you are at a party, why would it be a sin to celebrate with some wine or champagne. I mean, even jesus made wine during the wedding. Getting drunk and operating heavy machinery might not be a good thing to do, but drinking at social functions is not a sin. Sin Drone!

I am in my early 30s. I don’t know when it happened, but i realize that most of pop culture isn’t for me anymore. There was a time when i could hang with Britney Spears or even N sync. But, i don’t know what’s going on with Hannah Montana or the Jonas Brothers. I don’t care and they just seems like clones of Britney and N sync. You can even go back to New kids on the block or the temptations. Modonna?
The movies and music that comes out now are just silly. I don’t know if my am getting older, or if the youngsters are getting stupider. All this technology and information should make us smarter, but i think the opposite is happening. I think the plethora of info is making our brains smaller. We have too much going on. Our little brains can’t take it all that info, so we just ignore it with reality TV.

When i first went to college, i experienced a culture shock. I never seen so many white people in my life. I went to college in Santa Barbara. I grew up in Orange County and Los Angeles. There were a lot of different race of people in S. Cali. But in Santa Barbara, i only saw white people. It’s different now, but when i went to school there, there weren’t that many minorities. I remember my first night in my dorm, i felt really out of place. I was a fish out of water. I should have been open to this new surrounding, but i wasn’t. I didn’t because i felt that there was some quiet racism going on. I could tell that a lot of my classmates didn’t really have non white friends.
Culture shock can happen when you move to a new city. It doesn’t have to be racial. The vibe of the city or country can make things different. I don’t consider it a bad thing either. I think we should keep moving around and learn from each other.
